Our Research

“Peak state.” A term in Positive Psychology to describe those moments when you feel unstoppable- fully immersed in your environment, clear-minded, emotionally sharp, and fully ready to take on anything.

What Do We Research?

This state of being isn’t random. It is trainable, measurable, and something we believe anyone can achieve more often. Simply put- no one before has done the rigorous scientific research to learn how, and then used entrepreneurial prowess to bring it out of the lab and into someone’s hands.

That has changed.

Our research dives into what is actually happening in your brain, physiologically, during those moments of clarity and confidence. We are understanding how the body supports those moments, and what roles emotion, schema, and cognition play in creating (or blocking) peak states.

Neurophysiology of Peak States

Studying the brain activity, neurotransmitter profiles, and neural networks that activate during moments of peak performance and clarity.

Physiological Markers

Identifying the physiological signatures that indicate and support peak cognitive and emotional states, from heart rate variability to respiratory patterns.

Cognitive and Emotional Factors

Researching how mental models, emotional regulation, and cognitive frameworks contribute to achieving and maintaining peak states.

Measurement and Quantification

Developing reliable metrics and measurement tools to quantify peak states and track progress in training and development.

From Research to Application

Our research isn’t confined to academic journals. We’re committed to translating scientific discoveries into practical tools and strategies that can be applied in real-world settings.

Through our hybrid research-entrepreneurial model, we’re creating a direct pipeline from laboratory findings to practical applications that help individuals and teams achieve peak states more consistently.

This approach allows us to rapidly iterate and refine our understanding of peak states while simultaneously developing effective interventions and technologies.
